CORE WATCHMEN,
SECURITY & DETECTIVE AGENCY CORPORATION formerly
known as CORE SECURITY AND TRAINING AGENCY CORPORATION was
established on September 27, 1988. It started its operations
as a security and training agency after the issuance by the
Securities and Exchange Commission of its certificate of registration
on October 7, 1988. It has since then actively participated
in the competitive business of security agencies not only
in Metro Manila but also nationwide.
The Corporation has an administrative/operational
staff and a separate pool of well-trained guard supervisors.

RECRUITMENT
Guard applicants are subject to physical and mental examinations.
Passing all the pre-employment processes, a guard applicant is subsequently
subject to a thorough background investigation.
TRAINING
Core Security is duly accredited and licensed by both TESDA and
SAGSD to conduct the following training programs:
- Pre-Licensing Training Course
- In-Service Training
- Basic Aviation Training Course
A guard qualified for hiring has to undergo the
above-mentioned training in consonant to the nature of job assignment.
With regards to specialized training modules we
offer the following programs:
- Surveillance/counter surveillance - this aspect of the training
is under the tutorial supervision of military/police intelligence
officers.
- Lawyers and experienced instructors handle the following training
programs:
1. Crowd Control
2. Bomb Detection
3. Firearms Familiarization, Handling and Marksmanship
4. Armored Vehicle Escorting
5. Close-in Security for VIP’s
6. Residential Guarding
7. Criminal Investigation and Report Writing
8. Counter Terrorism
9. Basic Aviation Security Course
